If you had to write a poem about your life RIGHT NOW, what would it be about? Explain your answer in at least 4 to 5 sentences.

If I had to write a poem right now, it would definitely be about the constant balancing act between the classroom and the court. My life feels like a blur of 6:00 AM shooting drills, heavy textbooks, and the pressure of knowing my junior year grades are make-or-break for college. I’d write about the smell of floor wax in an empty gym and the specific stress of trying to study for a chemistry final while my legs are still shaking from practice. It would capture that feeling of being totally exhausted but also incredibly hyped because the season is finally in full swing. Ultimately, the poem would be about grit  finding the energy to be a leader for my team while keeping my GPA high enough to get recruited Today we look over more rhetoric analysis and how to write them I learn more about rhetoric analysis

Describe your personal approach to creativity. What steps do you follow when you’re working on a project. Tell me about a project you created that you were most proud of.

Prompt Response:   I approach creativity like a fast break, staying loose and letting the game come to me rather than forcing a play. My process is all about the "watch, practice, and execute" flow where I gather ideas, run through different versions, and then go hard on the final build. My favorite project was a project in elementary school where we made an instrument out of scrap and I made a very good cardboard guitar.    Summary: Today we worked on vocabulary and a reading comprehension Reflection:  I learned about new words and how to implement its use when answering questions.

Being a junior in high school means the stakes are higher than ever, and there are days when the weight of practice and school feels like a heavy press. Resilience is the word I carry with me every time I lace up my shoes. Summary: Today we worked on our vocabulary words  Reflection:  I learn new vocabulary words and their meaning

Write about a time you didn’t feel like yourself.

Prompt Response:    I missed every shot during the big game and felt like a total stranger on the court. My legs felt heavy, and I could not find my usual rhythm at all. Even my teammates noticed I was playing way too quiet and lacked my normal energy. It was frustrating because I knew I was better than the way I performed that night. Reflect on a time when you had to rely on someone else. How did it feel?

I had to trust my point guard to run the floor when my shots weren't falling during my aau game last year. It felt scary to give up control and let someone else take the big plays while I was struggling. However, seeing my teammates step up and hit their shots made me realize I didn't have to carry the whole game alone. Relying on them actually made us stronger as a unit and took all that heavy pressure off my shoulders.
